Over the counter sleep aids? What works?

Alright, I've read literally hundreds of question on here and masses, several other websites devoted to sleep disorders and but nought seem to comfort me.

My body doesn't want to be in motion to sleep until 5 surrounded by the morning, even if I lay down at 10:00 (5 hours eariler). I other try to stir up at 8 surrounded by the morning, but usually can't on 3 hours of sleep.

I hold asked my doctor for back, however he doesn't want to prescribe anything (and I indicate anything, for any idea.) because I'm lower than 18. We can't step to another doctor because of our insurance.

I've tried every trick - heat up milk, yoga, hot baths, exercise, tea, meditation, reading, music, blind folds, ear plugs, fan, grow lamp, press pillows, aroma psychiatric therapy, etc. etc. etc.

My second resort is to capture some medication to knock me out when I necessitate to be going to sleep, and stay on it long adequate to establish a shape. So, what over the counter sleep aids should I try? What should I look for? Please minister to!

Most over the counter sleep aides contain diphenhydramine which is Benadryl. It works to assist you to sleep. Tylenol PM works resourcefully too. It is a combination of acetominophen and diphenhydramine. The generic big-hearted works only just as ably as the designation brand too.
Try melatonin. Be sure to read the precautions and side effects in the past taking anything.
