I bring more anxiety during the darkness, it is common?

I'm a personality who like to verbs more or less adjectives sorts of details of every coming sunshine. I appear to stress more than most anyway, but I've be working on it for former times few years.

During the darkness however, it seem as though my mind purely race and race and I come across to madness much more than I do during the light of day.

I know its probably in recent times me man tired from the reality that it is 9:00PM+, but I be purely wondering is anyone else have duplicate experiences of worrying more at dark?

I own anxiety/panic disorder... it is ALWAYS worse at dark. I don't know if it is because things are slower at hours of darkness or what. I lately know that I other get the impression worse.
I usually drink some tea or something to serve me consistency better.
I also thought that when I exercise during the year I consistency better...

I be only wondering if I be the lone one this happen to. I own pretty desperate anxiety at dark also. Sometimes it take me until 2 am to relax, but individual after taking something. I enjoy a website you can walk check out. There are culture in attendance who can yak to you, who hold be through like entity you are. It get better I promise. it is majority! at darkness you own nought to underside your reasoning on other that what's locked in your mind. you are a daylight creature, and hours of daylight creatures are primmed to apprehension the darkness. surrounded by the dark of your ansestors beast could stalk you, and you could not preserve against them. so anyone anxiety prone within this time is not lately ordinary, it's sane!
my dad doesn't come across so prone as me to worrying at hours of darkness or any other time. so i guess he's any more liad posterior, or a moment ago care smaller amount in the order of stuff. i one-sidedly revulsion going to sleep. i love self asleep (the need of responcibility self the prime love), but getting nearby is a nightmere! adjectives my brain have to proposal me is the giddy rip of what's to be done, what's not be done, what i could enjoy done, what i'll never comparatively do if i'm not bloody particular, and so on and so on. the strange article is that when you're contained by bed you're surrounded by the one place where on earth worrying is pointless. you're in attendance to sleep and escape the afternoon time triles of life span.

That is because during the sunshine, your mind is working on the responsibility at mitt. At dark, your body is more relaxed, and you enjoy time to reason and verbs. I too, lay within bed or sit on the couch and verbs almost the coming days events, or things that I did wrong during the day or wish I could enjoy changed something, etc. ect.

I enjoy found though, that if I pinch a tub more or less 30 minutes previously I stir to bed, next to the lights stale, and simply relax and breath (deep relaxing breaths. kinda similar to meditating), I can sometimes gain to sleep in need tossing and turning for hours worrying in the order of things.

Also, lavender scent abet relax the body, so I use that surrounded by the tub, or put on my pillow. It does assistance.
Yes, I do. I deem that when you run to bed and are only just commencement to relax, your mind turns to thinking in the region of things going on in your natural life. The stressful things other give the impression of being to surface and after it snowballs into all the details and solutions that could or could not ensue. That's when I become not sufficiently expert to sleep because I can't cut sour the thought process and it take over my thinking. During the daytime, I am diverted beside copious obligation and duties to keep hold of me so busy that I don't consider so much nearly these things. If I put some soft music on the radio, I can sometimes convince myself to put my thoughts elsewhere when I am finally in bed but, sometimes nohing works and you lie back in attendance thinking of adjectives the things that are worrying you adjectives hours of darkness long. Bummer!! Wish I have a solution for you but, I don't own one of my own.
