i dont know but just now ive a short time ago started notice / thinking just about it that i jump through these cycles.. perchance for a week or two i am at my best, have fun, cheerful, zilch bothers me, joyful, enjoy time, after for a week im adjectives depressed and despondent and a short time ago wanna be alone.. after it keep going on and on resembling this, content to disastrous, going out and have fun for a week or two straight, afterwards to staying home and wanting to be alone / isolated for another week, person adjectives energized for a week, after response tired and shitty the subsequent.. sometimes these cycles end a few weeks, sometimes a few days, but its ALWAYS alternating..
WHY do i progress through this cycle? is something wrong beside me? i own no material sense to progress from comfortable to unfortunate, it merely happen fitfully and i a short time ago start thinking more or less stuff consequently i return with depressed? and afterwards at random sooner or later i only rouse up and i have a feeling adjectives polite and relaxed again and shift out and hold fun, after inconsistently perchance few days next i be in motion put a bet on to my depressed mood?
