I effortlessly forget! I'm 37 yrs behind the times. What could be cause this and how can I overcome it?

Do you work in a building? Could it possibly hold front paint or mold?...esp the mold could be cause this. Research it. Also have too much else on your mind. Are you taking any medication? That could also do it...and adjectives the things mentioned above. I presume you should check out adjectives these things. Are you taking any statins for cholesteral etc.? That will label ancestors forget where on earth they are. It happen to me and I come across a site that have comments from closely of empire that it have happen to. I changed to something else. That's adjectives I can feel of. I know near are classes to minister to your memory and books. I saw something on chain in the region of it when I be trying to lend a hand somebody else on here. i put my problem down to to much drink and weed harm over the end 20 yrs
