He go to his standard practitioner and she precribed him Ativan (I'm not sure how to spell it) and he took 1 a morning and afterwards would cart one when he would start to get the impression anxious. She also suggested more exercise to bring out his frustrations. He really hasn't have any problems since next. Talk to your doctor to see what's right for you and ask them something like ativan or some anti-anxiety medication.
