My son have a impressively severe baggage of OCD. What finally help him be seeing a Dr. and getting on the right meds.
It is still a dare sometimes within morning to time comings and goings, but at least possible in a minute it's not unbearable.
I would strongly fire up you to desire treatment. Perhaps meds or Therapy or both. I know how firm this can be on a human being first appendage, but near are ways that it can be manage!
