Answers:
It is sleep paralysis. It's probably adjectives and can be a sign of narcolepsy or other sleep disorders or can be a result of abuse exstacy. If you are worried dance see your doctor and they will dispatch you to a sleep middle where on earth you brain side, breathing, etc will be monitored for the dark and consequently they will enjoy a diagnosis and hopefully a cure.
I feel exactly resembling that when I be a short time girl. It's a correct entity, my grandmother told me that if something close to this happen, adjectives I own to do is move my big toe and I will know how to move. And I found this incredibly efficient.

During also my student days when I really feel terribly tired and exhausted, this sometimes happen to me. I later suggest that you sleep rash and try to relax. Try also not to drink too much at hours of darkness.

Try also praying and trusting God will bring strictness of you.

If still you find yourself other have this problem, after I suggest you consult a doctor.
I am not sure if I believe this, but according to psychic Sylvia Browne, when you are drifting sour into sleep, your soul leaves its body, and floats around, and go into other rooms or where. When you experience vibrations such as those you encounter, that resources your soul is have trouble getting support into the body. A little bit out nearby, I know, but I still find it fundamentally interesting.
