I know that madness attacks can hold effects that kind you discern close to you're have a heart attack ie-pain in chest. But i'm merely wondering if agony shooting down the vanished arm is also one? And for a woman? Bc i know that this is usually a sign for men/heart attack.

Talk to a doctor ASAP. I never hear of nouns attacks involving dull pain contained by the departed arm. Heart attack symptoms are impossible to tell apart for men and women.
Pain down the moved out arm is a symptom of a heart attack and should not be vanished undiagnosed. If you hold cramp down your disappeared arm near other heart symptoms receive it checked out on the double. Better to be sheltered than sorry.
Get to the ER TONIGHT. At least possible...name a doctor and speak about them just about it. I've have nouns attacks for years...and NEVER have a cramp shooting down my arm.
