Why does my anxiety and unexpected morale come when I am tired/bored?

I usually be aware of weird(Paranoid, anxious, hypochondria, depression, etc...) when I am tired or bored. I do perceive it when I am not tired or bored but it seem to creep up more when I am tired/bored. Why is this?

It's resembling any physical low standard - you make out it more when you're tired or bored. If you enjoy some chronic physical malady (such as chronic subsidise stomach-ache, etc) you will be like means of access - it will bother you more when you're tired or bored. The solution is to maintain well-rested and busy.

I know when I am tired and haven't slept well, my anxiety go through the roof.

It seem that you get the time of the world within your hand. Maybe try to invert these thought to a positive channel. For example, budge deeper into your 'grotesque sensations' and explore what they bring to you.
You are not occupy yourself, so your mind begin to stroll...I have anxiety problems a few years ago because of a relationship I be contained by, and I found staying busy really did abet...when I be alone or bored...adjectives these thoughts crossed my mind and I begin to return with so anxious to the point I would create myself sick. If you have a feeling anxiety coming on...dance find something to do...keep under surveillance a video, or read a book...I know its "simple" warning, but it truly works.
yeah i do enjoy these considerate of mental state , resembling what's gonna crop up to my deceased body and i if truth be told would be so creative the process i finish up crying and ol that purely stop thinking in the region of these stuff coz u will stir crazy if u feel in the region of unusual things , net ur self busy, movie is a great perception, or simply going out, reach a deal to friends , or if u chew over ur doing it to the extreme consequently contact ur doctor he would back u out beside it
