Since last Tuesday i have sore throat on one side and it hurt all the route to my ear. That ended and i have cough since Friday. Been in bed since i get cough, drinking teas, taking Mucinex, vitamins, robitussin. My cough is almost gone but i feel enormously tired/weak, maybe own a bit elevated temperature (no fever) and my ear is "unpoppable", lol (like when you grasp water contained by ear and it doesnt come out) - its really irritating and gives me anxiety as powerfully.
Does it sound resembling infection and i should take antibiotics? or does it nouns like cold and i should of late hope to get better?
Answers: The nouns could be dry and you could be stressed, over tired or just plain sick. This happen to me a couple weeks back and I have it for about 4 days to a week. Just a bleak cold. Drink lots of warm fluids approaching green tee, soup, hot milk. This will relax the throat and you. Get lots of vitamin C and whip a multi vitamin every day. Get lots of sleep and pocket a day past its sell-by date from work to relax. Take a hot bath or shower to relax you and the steam will also humidify you a bit and clear you feel much better. Refrain from conversation a lot. If things capture really bad, have a word to a doctor. The way to win rid of this is good 'ol time. Just relax...
