I other own trouble falling asleep ...?

I lay down at 9 or 10 pm, but I toss and turn until 1 or 2 am. I don't guzzle a big dinnertime beforehand bed, I don't hold the TV/lights/music on, everything is noiseless. I won't drink milk (ew). I deem my mind a moment ago doesn't want to shut past its sell-by date. How can I "calm" myself down? It's vastly frustrating :/

I enjoy duplicate problem as you and i tend to try and read for more or less partly and hour whilst i am sitting in my bed. It tend to relax me no shutting. Try not to read something that may stimulate your mind, or maintain any thoughts contained by your person in charge such as a thriller/horror. You may be cause more problems if you do that! If not after you could other try something approaching "kalms" that become quiet you until that time sleep. I hold also tried "Valarian hops". It is a vitamin tablets that have a terribly virtuous tranquil effect. It taste disgusting but IT WORKS!

hmm yeah i know what you mingy happen to me adjectives the time...I don`t know try doing some breathing exercises right beforehand you be in motion to bed and focus on falling asleep...
roll on the side of your suitable foot put your pave the way at the foot of the bed get hold of a cup of hose down close your eyes and don't unstop them for anything and turn the TV on and put it on low volume but where on earth you can still hear it
I hold a sleeping disorder so here go.. No caffeine after 6 pm, do not sleep slowly on weekends. Take a hot hip bath b4 bed .
no spicy foods after 6 pm No alcohol. Read a book, something relaxing, not self sustain books, might bring you thinking too much. If adjectives Else fail pilfer Tylenol pm.
just close ur eyes && light of day dream , IS IT HOT contained by your room. i know i cant sleep wen im hot, but wen i put nounsby, ITS REAL EASIER TO GO TO SLEEP !! try clearing your mind, mayb u hold alot on iit :)
Try attitude yourself while your contained by bed, it might relax you for a while bit. I hope it help.
