Answers: I have tried hypnosis and i thought it be the best thing i enjoy ever done, i had it for sleeping, ie: i couldn't sleep - i be starting to go crazy & it be affecting my work & personal life! following a couple of sessions i be starting to sleep a whole lot better, i ponder i had almost 5-6 sessions in the pause, this was nearly a year ago and my sleeping shape is the best it has ever be - whilst i was self treated the therapist would also minister to me with my self-confidence and anything else i looked-for and i felt so much better for it - it totally made me surface a whole lot more positive around life! bring in sure you go to a fitting practise though!
I have and it didn't do anything for me. I own difficulties on concentrating and staying relaxed and this is whats very prominent when being hypnotised. It varys on the personality. Also if you do try don't give up on the first attempt it can pocket awhile to get use to it
