Fish grease supplements: Does it concern what fish it comes from?

I've see different brands near different ingredients similar to herring, salmon, mackerel, shark, halibut, sardines, anchovies.

What's best?

Anymore information in connection with fish grease? I'd resembling to start taking the supplement. Anything else I should know? I've hear going on for the enteric coated capsule to prevent the fishy aftertaste.
