That is bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. its muted on your stomach and still give you nutrients. Feel Better!

you should a moment ago get through plain saltine crackers and sip some gingerale... the gingerale will calm down your stomach down and you should enjoy some food within your stomach so the crackers would be polite... don't munch through anything greasy or rich... surface better!
Plain chicken broth, jello, rice, and sea. Live sour that 'till you get the impression better. :) Get in good health soon!
