Unlikely. Take a look in the mirror near a flashlight at your throat. Is it red? Are near any white pustule looking things stuck on the sides of it? (That would have it in mind you probably own strep throat) If it your sore throat is accompany by a disorientation, or last for more than a couple days, travel see a doctor. I seriously doubt it have anything to do next to desirability teeth coming in (that would more expected wreak tender, sore gums and achey jaw) unless they enjoy started to break skin and you enjoy an infection at the site that have traveled into your throat.
