Take an aspirin, and nouns up on the oj. Also dress your upper body heat, even surrounded by bed. Works for me.Also don't shift barefooted.
I believe surrounded by calculation zinc to your home remedies in the form of Zcam( a nasal gel spray) or the zinc lozenges. Do nouns up on liquid and vitamin C,too. The zinc stuff is over the counter and seem to work for me.
