Are at hand any pills that are over the counter that will knock you out or sort you sleep for a long time?

Well i enjoy a unyielding time getting rest, so i be wondering if within be a pill thats over the counter that would necessarily knock me out. I expect close to someone could be contained by my room watching tv near the lights and volume on and it wouldnt stir me up. thanks
