I enjoy flat foot. 3 years ago I go to a podiatrist and have a custom made duo of support inserts. I lost one of them yesterday, however, while exercising in the field. (I removed my shoes and the insert dropped out).
My request for information is this... Should I dish out $500 for another set of two of custom made inserts, or stir next to the $30 dollar premade ones? Is in that much of a difference anyway? My cousin have premade ones, and they do look terribly much alike.
