Anyone enjoy any tips for a appropriate morning routine for a teen in university?

i usually enjoy to get up up at 5:30 merely to detain the bus at 6:30. its raw. and i dont enjoy time to shower so i do it at darkness but afterwards my down get kinda slippery when i sleep through the dark. any virtuous tips?
