I muse i own a muzzle problem, it won't stop bleeding?

So, I newly get my nail done, and resembling every conventional being, I pick my feeler near the finger.. Well, today, I be picking it excitedly, and I started to bleed. It in recent times kept on bleeding and bleeding. I expect I may hold scratched my muzzle near my foreign fingers! What do I do?? And.. Is it doomed to failure I still pick my proboscis and occasionally get through the juciy stout ones??
