Is near a middle ear problem that creates persistant nausea and dizzyness?

These symptoms own last almost a year presently. The nausea is constant, worse contained by mornings, and worse after meal.

Answers:
Could possibly be vertigo.. my grandmother have it and when she have spells she is extremely dizzy and the dizziness cause nausea... perchance these will support you rule it out...
