ok i own be bitting my fingernails 4 close to ever!! and i can't stop! in a minute i bite them really bleak to the point wen its resembling simply skin! wen i get my braces i be soo lively cuz i couldn't bite them but next i figure out a instrument again how can i stop this dismal habbit?

your mind will eventually be conditioned to forget in the order of this quirk since it will be useless! :-)
I am in like peas in a pod situation I and previously I have braces I use-to bite my nail but after I get braces I didn't bite my nail but so after I get the braces rotten I go hindmost to bite ting my nail and I can not stop it I know it is firm to stop. This Is one trick I use and it some times it work one contained by a while look at you nail and dream up that are your nail at the point wear you mite start biting them and if to be precise so later don't wast a minuet and jump and clip them explicitly what I do and some times it works but you own to preserve on trying but if that doesn't work later narrate your doctor and he or she mite know what do but come up with virtue I hold not have to do that on the other hand. I hope what I said help
I have a similar doomed to failure habbit -- chewing on and picking at my cuticles (until they would bleed!). They used to gain so dry that they would tolling rather bit and I couldn't will it alone.
Two things:
1) Wear lotion on your hand and fingers. As soon as you put your finger to your mouth, you'll remember not to bite.
2) Fake nail! Not with the sole purpose do they look pretty, but you can't bite them at adjectives -- they are too gummy to bite and you can't pick at the other nail because of their concreteness.

BTW, my sister (age 41) still bites her fingernails when she doesn't hold the virtual nail on. It does stop her, so she tries to hang on to up near it.
