I enjoy mucus or saliva that collects at the reverse of my mouth. I've tried sticking my tooth brush to the backside of my mouth and gag myself to spit it up, and I've also tried gargle. Am I making any sense and does anybody know what I'm conversation give or take a few?

It sounds similar to your sinuses are clogged any from seasonal allergies, a cold, or an infection. Taking a decongestant or antihistamine should oblige. Also, when you spit it up (this will be totally yucky I tip off you) look at what comes up and try to see if its gluey and green, or white and milky. If it is, you enjoy an infection. If its clear, than its probably merely allergies or an irritant.
Hock a loogey
Try a saline lone, nasal spray and see if that help, or gargle heat saline marine, only be sure to spit it out!
