it took me nearly 3 months, i kept a picture of Jesus ( the brown tinted kind) out in the uncap so i could look at it and pray to it. I bought lots of red licorice and kept ingestion it and taking lecithin, vitamin Bcomplex, and multivitamins if needed you could give somebody a lift valerian once contained by a while, i didn't know nearly it rear legs after.i presume i ate sunflower seed too.present yrself a praise for asking.
