Maintaining a full-bodied diet??

I am not over-weight, but I would approaching to loose 5 kgs and carry on a natural diet. I started to cut out things similar to chips and sweets and those considerate of cast-offs food and subsitute it beside appels. The singular problem is that I don't want to follow a diet be I have a feeling I am punishing myself, I want to wallow in drinking in good health.

Any philosophy? What works for you?

Try portioning and exercise ... freshly drink smaller number of the "junk" food ... consider the weakness a treat, eat slowly and savor it ... hang on to a food diary so you know you are not going overboard on the "pleasure foods" and later engineer sure you drink dinner precipitate and progress for a 30 minute step afterwards ...
