Not much of an answer but -- ughh are you sure you want to do that? That's kind of you know... unlikeable? Not to mention, living with 1 kidney is clearly possible, but will make your enthusiasm more difficult and less convenient. You'll enjoy to drink a lot more river. And this could lead to other medical problems which put you even further into debt. Not to mention, if something happen to that last kidney, next you're really screwed...
Try taking out a loan instead maybe?
