Since having my babe 12 weeks ago, I have found that I am sooo anxious and paranoid every morning...I panic roughly bugs and germs ie MRSA when I came out of hospital...I be convinced Id bought that bug home with me and be spreading it around my home....and also I find myself spending hours worrying about the effect of the cleaning chemicals I hold used to clean my house such as dettol etc incase these injure her in any agency....Is it normal to be aware of this anxious all the time?
Answers: You wouldn't be a well-mannered mum unless you worried about your little one , it is unevitable you want to hold her safe but to me it sounds close to it is taking over your life a bit and taking the amusement out off human being a new mum . Try and relate afriend how you feel or your form visitor ,if you enjoy one . They are there for you at time close to these . I sometimes lie awake at dark thinking oh i should have done this different or that and my little girl is four but she is relieved because i am happy around her so pleeese try to relax .
Totally, furnish yourself a break..... Having a baby is a massive entity....
I was in recent times the same when i have my first baby, paranoid roughly speaking germs etc........ it will ease.
Promise x
p.s. Make sure you try to wallow in those early days cos they soon go by.... Try and relax, find some "you" time somewhere, all babies sleep sometimes, stuff the housework, coffee and Phil & Fern is what is required-trust me!
Im supposidly 5'3, but I hold long arms and long legs, what would that indicate? Im done growing though?
Is this ordinary for a youngster?
Stress? How can I capture over it?
