i enjoy a twitch contained by my moved out arm, and it seem to be getting worse. What can you guys right to be heard it is?

well, i have a twitch within my not here eye once, and i found out it be from stress and verbs..and the more i worried over it, the worse the twitch get..so i moved out it alone and it go away.
However, if you really want a peace of mind try googling 'twitchy arm' or go to the doctor for a checkup..my guess you may be stressed out or worried and your muscle is freshly have a sensitivity..as long as it`s not on your shoulder it should be fine..
