My legs are bigger than most associates's, but my arms are tapered... I don't know why. I'm 16. Any sustain? If this matter, I do plentifully of swiftly running and walking, but I really single use my arms / hand to write and hoist books.

some ppl are genetically-wired to hold a larger lower body than a larger upper body (like you and me). trust me, it's better to hold our concerned of inheritance than those near larger upper body. cos the lower body is easier to train. flabby legs are easier to lose than flabby arms :)
btw, you said your legs are bigger than most ppl, but i dont construe your legs are full of podgy. have a feeling your thigh muscles, since you said you do alot of hasty running and walking, that could be the answer. sprinters typically enjoy larger leg muscles and i guess thats the item. ample muscle + some fat = sizeable thighs
are you a stocky individual? i am. and my legs are big, but mostly full of large. tho i swear i assume i hold more leg muscle than most of my slim friends who dont exercise (i dont exercise too, but i'm honourable at sprinting)
