I quit smoking almost 2 weeks ago. I own done great next to tremendously little side effects, except I am other drinking. I hold gain roughly 3lbs since I quit, so somone suggested I chew on straws. I own done this adjectives afternoon and it seem to work, but it can't be great for my teeth. Anyone own any other suggestions? I try not to devour candy because I really survey my sugar and caffine intake. Hope someone can assist!
