I am going put a bet on to college on Monday, afer 6 weeks past its sell-by date! I am going to find it intricate to sleep i no i am!?

As i hold be going to sleep at around 3 in the morning i no that i am going to find it easier said than done to jump to sleep at around 11ish. Does anyone hold any tips on how i can try to find some sleep on sunday darkness? lol
