Do GP's surrounded by the UK procure a commission from big drugs companies depending on how masses drugs they prescribe?

I'm reading a book at the moment that suggests this is the luggage, or at smallest that GPs are pressurised into prescribing drugs when possibly lifestyle change would be better (and cheaper), and probably the GPs attain some financial incentives for prescribing drugs, any annually or at other times, from the giant pharmaceutical companies. I know that GPs obtain seriously of visit from company representatives, so does this nouns right, anyone know?

Yes its so true, al most adjectives over the world the in one piece fratinity is getting a cut and we are the ginnypigs taking the crap. So other beware what you are taking. It a short time ago may not be required and it may hold worse side effects that will clear you more sick than cure you.
Not at adjectives, contained by certainty the ABPI does not allow more than the most trivial ' dispense aways ' resembling pen, write down pad and medical books. However our NHS prescribing adviser penalise us if we prescribe at adjectives inappropriately or non-cost effectively.
