Sleeping trouble?

i own trouble sleeping i can't appear to fall down asleep till 2 or 3am and after i wake up up at noontime. i don't want to hold any medication to minister to. is nearby anything i can do?

1-Go to sleep whenever you have need of to, set your alarm clock at 7-9 am. Put your alarm clock ACROSS your room so you hold to GET up to walk turn rotten your alarm clock. Whenever I have to get up up i only put it 4-5 foot away from me.

2-Stay up the intact hours of darkness. DO NOT cart a forty winks. Do WHATEVER you can to stay up. Then you will probably fall over asleep around 9 or 8. Then newly wake up up early than 11 am.

I am within 6th category so I newly did that for a week beforehand institution started and I woke up at 6 am every morning and i enjoy no problem going to bed around 10-11 pm. Since its a weekend i sometimes sleep in. On institution days I can't really sleep surrounded by. HA i choice.
Only item I can make clear to you is to bear some Benedryl to sleep. Otherwise dance to your doctor.
I know of a scotsman who suffered from insomnia. Every hour he would standard two fingers of whiskey into a tumbler and sip it until it be gone. This did not cure his insomnia but made anyone awake far more pleasant :)

Seriously though, I find that concentrating on my breathing and shutting adjectives other thoughts out of my mind help me to drift bad to sleep.
