It's fine, but you do requirement to cooperate to your doctor earlier appendage, to see what exercises are fitting and which are not. Swimming is a great exercise for pregnant women [either because it let you merely float and relax or something else... but almost adjectives of them do it!] not to mention swimming can be fun. :-)
Just be undisruptive and well thought-out and put together sure you don't strain youself.

Also, speak to your doctor. Ask what the decent heart rate is for you and what accomplishments the doctor approves. My doctor does not want me lifting weights (more than 10-15lbs). I do the dumbbells 5-6lbs. That is the most I do on the weights.
Also, Kegel exercises are honest for labor and enjoy other benefits.
