Sometimes i can perceive my heartbeat when holding my "Elmo Jn'r"

My boyfriend have an Elmo Sn'r and on thrifty inspection and calm nouns I too detected a heartbeat, I don't estimate he's a lonnie though, mind you I hold no opinion what one is!
