I have an HSG done final within 2/05, after have the Essure procedure done contained by 12/04. For me, it be done to clear sure that my tubes WERE blocked from the Essure procedure.
During the HSG, dye is injected via catheter into the cervix while an x-ray is done to check the fallopian tubes. It let the doctor know if in that are any blockages of the tubes.
The headache can change, some women own incredibly severe cramping, some smaller quantity, during the procedure. I myself have some minor cramping during it, nil unbelievably excruciating at adjectives. However, in the region of a partially hour or so next, as my husband and I be disappearing the hospital, I started to double over, cramping extraordinarily severely. We drove a couple of blocks but after hubby turned around and took me to the ER.
Take ibuprofen in the past you own this done. As I said, some women don't own as much headache as others.
I have it done years ago. It is to see if your fallopian tubes are clear and any abnormality of the uterine cavity. You will be aware of cramping while it is done and hold some spotting afterwards.

Taking some advil formerly mitt may help out beside the cramping.
I have it done a while wager on. It is to see if your fallopian tubes are blocked and it hurt..I be doubled over within torment from it. Ask for some dull pain med!!
