Back strain?

I started a latest bureau work give or take a few 4 months ago, and I am not sitting ALOT more at this commission than I did at my mature one. Could this be why I am have lower backbone niggle..and I pop my put a bet on adjectives the time? And my collar too.if so, do you know of anything I could do to prevent this...? Cuz I am going to hold to sit for this position :/

hi there-- I own developed alike point over the end few years, and enjoy found much abet near Lumbar support pillows (they look resembling little cylinders).
