my majestic daughter have this- firstly treated for urinary tract infection. She put up near it for months but it only just seem to acquire worse so she be referred to the hospital where on earth they did some test and discovered she have Polycystic Ovaries. She have a small operation and although not cured ,she is unquestionably deeply better.
