Exercise = lighter flow?

If you exercise a lot contained by one day, will it close-fisted your period flow will be lighter for that hours of daylight?


Answers:    the more you excercise, the less painfull your period will be.
more excercise can make the uterus stronger and thus smaller and more contracted, however, i highly doubt that this can basis your period to be lighter on that same daytime.

there may be a gradual halt in the amount of flow if you excercise regularly over a interval of months, but nothing badly significant.

it depends it works for some people but not adjectives because everyone's body is different but it usually does work for me
