I am currently on the Depo Provera shot and I've have horrible symptoms in my first dose. I am thinking of varying methods but am not so sure anymore because my prefered method would enjoy be Ortha Evra (the patch). I spoke to my clinic physician and she mentioned that they do not administer out Ortha Evra anymore unless a waiver is signed that they are not responsible if I am exposed to blood clotting, heart attack, stroke, etc. Now I'm not so sure the patch is sheltered any? So what's your input ladies? Thank you!

in my evaluation, the best method is the verbs out method .. but yr guy have to be totally disciplined here respect .. i be on pills nearer, i really dont recommend it cuz it can impose an increase in yr mass .. i dont approaching condoms much cuz nearby is a possibility of it breaking .. try the verbs out method for a while n c it 4 yrself ..
