Please relief, it's started to dominate my life!

Answers:    Alright, don't verbs. There might be a lot of reason why it's painful, and at hand is no reason why you should be dismayed. Probably one of the problems is that there's not enough lubrication. Buy some KY Jelly (if you're using condoms, don't use any type of lubricant that doesn't enjoy the first ingredient as water, because it can erode the latex - KY Jelly is not dangerous. you can also buy lubricated condom and/or add KY Jelly to the outside of the condom.)
Make sure that you're contained by a safe environment beside someone you trust. Wait until you're turned on; the guy should be willing to put surrounded by the time and effort to produce sure you're ready. Not waiting until you're comfortable/ready can organize to a condition where sex is other painful because your muscles are conditioned to clamp (usually because of nervousness). It's unlikely that you already hold this.
You can also practice on your own. Not only might this prepare you for sex, but you will become more comfortable near your own body. Try using your fingers first, and then, if and when you're comfortable, verbs to (clean!) objects. Hair curlers (not hot or plugged in!!), bananas, and candles (wrapped contained by plastic wrap or a condom!) are good philosophy.
sex is supose to be for marriage......you won't enjoy to worry just about this being a huge operation when u are married....maybe the guy ur trying beside is too big....so find a smaller guy and marry him first
