I'm 16 and i enjoy horrible pms. About 2 weeks earlier my extent i become intensely depressed and suicidal, i also carry angry exceedingly slickly, hold mood swings, cry repeatedly, own headache, cravings, insomnia, appetite swings and ect. I get the impression uncontrolled and amazingly helpless. What do i do when it comes around again? Could it be pmdd?

There's alot of women that move about through this, you own to first stale not use it as an excuse to do or read aloud something, control yourself. I would try taking birthcontrol pills... they kinda rid you of some of the symptoms and control your hormones. Call your doctor and ask.

Definately sounds similar to PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). It's a highly concrete condition that can be controlled through medication. I've see advertisement for the birth control pill Yaz that say it's be approved for the treatment of PMDD. Antidepressants can also give support to. It's definately something you stipulation to homily to your doctor more or less because in attendance is no judgment you should own to surface so doomed to failure every month, and at hand are treatments.
