Someone told me they can form from you doing sit ups instead of crunches...this isnt true is it?

Sometimes it doesn't, though, but nothing you take place to do or not do has anything to do next to that. I once had a HUGE cyst on my ovary, and the doctor swore to me that I hadn't done anything to mete out it. I also get deeply of cysts in my breasts. They newly...happen.
I have one when the egg wasn't released properly from my fallopian tube. It was stuck and cause a ovarian cyst. I doubt sit ups and crunches would cause that or any cyst to start.
