I'm 18 weeks pregnant and i lately get an ultrasound. i call for facilitate recitation what the sex of the tot is.?

so the doctor that did the ultrasound is not allowed to report to us what the gender is, but she took a photo and said we can look it up and find out. she said it be obvious. but i really can't give an account what it is from the photo. what are the diagnostic signs of male and feminine?? what exactly am i looking for?? as in what dose a peinus/labia look approaching on an ultrasound photo?
