im a size a32 and 12 yrs prehistoric and i own a couple training bras, but i really want a pad bra cuz i look unusual underneath scraggy shirts. but my moms really announcement in the order of this kinda stuff, and i have need of a means of access to recount her that wont embarass me or her to much.

Push up bra's and sometimes you find ones labeled "sweater bra's" are the best, they hold the most unconscious shape. river bra's dont work as capably as you might expect, so i dont recomend them. in recent times detail your mom you want some hot bra's. or step shopping beside your friends and ask for rather money, and pick them out yourself. and if the ones you enjoy are surrounded by dutiful condition, and your mom say it would be profligate to buy contemporary bra's(which is a possiblity) put them through the washer and dryer(on extra hot) it should ruin them bc you are never supposed to dry them.
These are freshly a few tricks that worked for me.
