either climb into either a hotshower or tub, or you can capture resembling a heat wad and place on your tummy...sitting on the toilet works for me..lol, and rob some midol, i hope u bring back to impression better, cramps are so icky!
take a couple of motrins, do some exersise, (go for a amble, turn on a treadmill) do some type of amusement, it help a great deal, also put the heat wad on merely for 1/2 hour, and own some hot tea.
