Milk, of late a swallow or two help. Also, if your dr. agrees...milk of magnesia. Some non-caffienated teas might also work...chamomile or peppermint. They both enjoy tummy soothers, and can also lend a hand you relax to sleep.
a teaspoon of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar in a few ounces of marine. Goes away rapidly. :)
