This is the fifth day of me trying to dry up my breast milk and it is the most hurting experience I have endure with my four children. Is at hand anything that I can do help improve the pain or rush the process. It feel like shooting pains through my breast at times. I wear a bra to sustain support them up because they are extra large and hurt when I embezzle my bra off. I nursed my other children and it one and only took me three days..tops.
Answers: Your body changes beside each pregnancy & so does the breast drying process. If you've stopped breast feed, I would still use the pump some & ween yourself off slowly...
this will oblige & won't stop the process. *try some warm compress to relieve the niggle & ibuprofen...
I am still currently nursing, but my friend recently stopped and she too be in strain...
I am almost positive a little pumping to smoothness the pain will not interrupt the drying process.
My friend did it and have a lot of relief--she's dry immediately...
