a lot of women also reflect on that having big breasts also increase your risk of breast cancer , but it doesnt at all. size doesnt business.
but i am still developing ( and im a D cup now), and i wear underwired bras , mainly because there are not various bras that are not underwired for my size ( you may find this too). and im absoloutely fine!
i think they are absoloutely fine to wear.

You get cancer by a cell reproducing wrong every time it reproduces and it later forms a mass. A push up underwire bra couldn't case cells contained by your breasts to reproduce incorrectly, therefore no. No for cancer. Only problem I've ever heard of near under wired bra's is when pregnant/breastfeeding they can cause problems beside blocked milk ducts. .
wearing a bra does not cause cancer but it is not healthy to wear one adjectives of the time. Its just a myth NO! Cancer is caused by a cell inside you not by something your wearing..
